This is a multi color 3d model of the cryo can from the original movie Jurassic Park. It is entirely 3d printed and does not use purchased DNA vials. They are printed as well. The files for the outer can are labeled for what colors they are supposed to be. When adding to Bambu Studio, select all 3 can parts at the same time to bring into the slicer. When asked if you wish to bring in as 1 part with multiple pieces, select yes. Then just assign each part to the correct color. After that, you will need to "paint" the label letters white. They are slightly recessed so you will just need to use the fill bucket tool.

I used PLA+ for all colored parts. The can was Inland Dark Blue, Numaker Nuclear Red, and Numaker White. The internals were Inland Silver. The vials were a standard PLA Clear. The vials have threads and may need some slight sanding or deburring with an exacto knife to thread on easily. Silicone grease, dielectric grease, or similar work great on all the threaded parts so they don't get "sticky" and be hard to unscrew.

Supports will be needed for some of the internal parts. But the can, nozzle pieces, and cap do not. I have also uploaded a 3mf file in addition to the stl files for some of the parts if needed. I have also included a 3d printable spring. It is halfed for easier printing. Clone the part and mirror it so after printing it can be superglued together. If you prefer an actual spring, mcmaster carr #9657K124 should work, although a little long. It could be trimmed down to 2.5" long.

Assembly:

Glue the level 1 and level 2 vial holders together with the notch aligned properly. Then the level 2 collar on top. This covers the hole in the center stem when in the lower position. This is optional and can be left off if you wish. Now, slide the center stem thru the vial holders, then insert the spring inside, then slide the twist ring on. Compress the assembly upwards so the center stem is sticking out the bottom. Superglue this end into the slot in the base, being careful NOT to glue the twist ring to the base also. Now, glue the nozzle on first, then the finger button on top. The nozzle will rest on the collar of the can, and the button on the very top of the can lip.
